ONE MOMENT

It’s only a moment, so little time

But how do I use it now that it’s mine?

So many choices large and small

With only a moment to choose at all.

If I don’t choose the moment escapes

Before my very eyes without a trace.

Like words that are spoken with no concern

A moment that is gone can never return.

Moment by moment we go through each day

And moment by moment we turn him away.

So take this moment to decide your fate

A moment more could be to late.

If there are changes you need to make

Use this moment don’t hesitate.

It’s only a moment not very long

Use it quickly or it will be gone.

Make use of each moment as long as you live

For a moment is all he promises to give.

So whether your moments be many or few

How that you use them is up to you.

They are given by God who had a plan

From the moment he formed dust into man.

So as you go through each day keep in mind

Moment by moment only God knows the time.
