Conversion of Sick Time Policy

A full time employee, in good standing, of the Bullitt County Public Library District who has 10 or more years working for the library system, will be entitled to a one time payment upon leaving the library system. In order to qualify for the payment, the employee must have a balance of more than 5 weeks (200 hours) sick time. A one time payment of 50% of the sick time hours multiplied by the employees pay rate hours, will be made after the employees last official work day.
